CLUB STATEMENT | SOUTHS UNITED FOOTBALL CLUB INC

With season 2021 nearing its completion, Souths United Football Club has taken the opportunity to revise our football structures with a view to providing improved programs and experiences designed to elevate the development of our players and coaches.  It is essential that Souths United Football Club reinvigorate the youth development program following Football Queensland’s decision to incorporate U18s into youth programs from 2022 and beyond.  The youth program will now encompass U13 – U18 age groups and our focus will be placed on growing performance across both the adjusted Youth structures and the MiniRoos stream. 

Through this approach and with fresh and exciting coaching personnel coming on board (to be announced very soon), we will build on the foundations of several years past to enhance the program experience and see our performances flourish next season.

While it is exciting times ahead, we wish to acknowledge and thank our coaching staff in the Youth Development space, including that of Sarah Willington, who will depart to explore other opportunities. We wish Sarah well in her future endeavours.

TRAINING SCHEDULE | WEEK 5-12 FEB 2024 

Training Schedule is stabilising and moved to "Ongoing" Status.  Modifications will apply for wet weather and to accomodate mid-week catch up games

DO NOT WALK ACROSS FIELD 1 TO ACCESS TO SYNTHETIC FIELDS

(note schedule is subject to change & will be advised when this occurs)

STRICTLY NO USE OF 18 YD BOX FIELD 1 UNLESS AUTHORISED
